LANCASHIRE YOUTH SAILING

For 2022 Lancashire Youth Sailing (LYS) are looking for new members. LYS is a sailing organisation encouraging sailors from Lancashire and surrounding areas to sail, train and race together and form a Team that represents Lancashire at national sailing events.

There would be opportunity to attend and represent LYS at the National Regatta hosted by the National School Sailing Association (NSSA) at Graftham Water Cambridgeshire between the 24th and 30th July 2022. Other events include double- and single-handed Team Racing.

NSSA 

Members should be able to competently rig and sail independently. Team selection for events will be dependant on regular racing at club and regional/national events.

Members must be under the age of 19 years old on the 31st August 2022. Youth membership is £18:00 per year and requires parent/guardian membership of £2:00 per year.
